Perhaps this is the least of your worries?

But anyways you could just set it up for passcode only while sleeping.

Anyways, settings>Touch ID and passcode>turn off where it says to use Touch ID for iPhone unlock

You could remove other fingers from the saved prints. Unless someone is using your finger while you're asleep, in that case...ouch that's bad. Lol
Like someone said restart the device. It requires password
