How Install Local ipa File Using?

I have a A6 Iphone 6c running IOS 10.3.3. I would like to install an ipa file that I have locally.

I am unsure how to do this.

This is what I have tried. I installed ZJailbreak and not sure which applications I need to install that will allow me to install my local ipa.

I think I have to install Cydia and AppSync, but I am not sure. What am I missing? What should I install? Is this possible?
