How is ios12 on 12.9 2017?

I really like it. Seems to have smoothed most of iOS 11’s rough edges. Might just be a placebo effect but seems a bit faster overall. The change in the status bar with date and time pushed to the left corner and WiFi, battery percentage pushed to the right corner was a little disorienting at first. But I guess it was done to accommodate the notch that’s on the iPhone X models and I assume the future iPad models.

I'm mostly fine with it . . still getting used to the swipe up from bottom gesture revision. I kinda wish that swipe up from bottom only initiated the bar, given that there's other ways to get the background task switcher and to get home (talking about 4 finger pinch gestures).

Performance wise its great. Feature wise there isn't anything earth shattering for me personally other than the ability for me to use Lastpass for passwords outside of itself more effectively.
