How is key artwork for a TV Show or album determined? For example, if I have a TV show that has 10-15 episodes, sometimes there is different artwork for different episodes (for example, maybe a main cover/image for the regular show, and a different image for special episodes)...how can I specify a specific image to be used for the main show cover that gets displayed in iTunes (and on the Apple TV)?
(I'm assuming the same problem/question may apply to albums as well where songs might for whatever reason may have different images within the same album or artist)
