They have a free 2GB plan with ways to get small additional chunks of storage or larger plans that cost money. If you have much more than 2GB of music you may need to purchase storage of you want to but all of your music on their servers.

LoL.... Trust me, I feel the same way and have been put in the penalty box a few times for not being able to control my response..... My favorite threads are the ones people make asking complete strangers how they should spend a few hundred dollars.....OR the ones that want people to help them decide color, case ect ect.

They lose money if everybody on there is a free customer.


Yet, there are a LOT of people who want additional storage, and are willing to pay for it. Those people make up the costs of the freebies (Such as myself ), and generate profit for Dropbox.
