That may be true. Hmmm...I've got it on an M1 MacBook Pro, and I've never noticed any problems with it. Maybe it's different for people who put it on different hardware or who have software compatibility issues with specific software?
See my mac list: no problems so far. That may be true. Hmmm...
Interesting.M2 Mini here - for the most part, it's fine. I get the occasional 'disk eject improperly' banner and the disappearing icon for same on my desktop, but that's been around so long on Macs - with no apparent interest by Apple in fixing it - its practically a feature.
Also problematic connectivity using HDMI on Mini to HDMI on monitor, but that resolved by switching to USB-C Mini to HDMI monitor (another 'known issue'); while I have had some connectivity issues between computer and iCloud, as accessed via webpage. Very nearly broke senior support staff at Apple until a partial workaround achieved. No one there knows if that's the OS or iCloud. Great.
The WINS problem is very old, but so rare that they do not know the cause.I have been on the latest release, as they have come out, since day 1. No show stopper issues, but I have seen "edge cases", things that break in certain situations, but no functions that just don't work.
For example, things get out of sync with devices and iCloud, Handoff/Universal Clipboard has stopped working a couple of times, some minor file sharing connect issues between Macs (that is fixed by a reboot). I had one time that Apple Pay was disabled on a Mac - I fixed it through Settings/Reset Default Keychains in the Keychains app.
Current issues:
1) Phantom iCloud tabs in Safari is still the same, I don't even use the feature any more, just check every now and then for a laugh at the old tabs that show up on my devices.
2) I have one MacBook Pro where I cannot change its WINS name - it accepts the new name but if I leave and come back, the original name is still there.
So you can see, it's mostly annoying little stuff. Sometimes it comes at the worst time though 😎

Can you give us some details? I'm not aware of 'stupid little bugs'.I'm running it on my M3 Air and to me it's surprisingly unpolished. Plenty of surprisingly stupid little bugs and hiccups here and there, though nothing major or crash-like. Monterey on my 2017 Air is a better (albeit slower) experience.
Intermittent flicker, stutter and stalling sometimes when moving between spaces and switching between fullscreen applications and back to desktop. Desktop icon for external storage sometimes not showing up when plugging the drive/memory stick in, sometimes not even showing up in Finder despite being mounted and available in /Volumes. One and the same System setting that require admin privileges will randomly pre-fill my normal non-admin user's name instead of my admin's name. Moving the mouse across the notch in the top screen sometimes make the pointer live behind the notch, sometimes teleporting it across to the other side, randomly. Software Updates regularly telling me there are updates, despite non being available. Screen brightness sometimes starting 2-3 steps above/under last setting, unrelated to "dim screen on battery" setting. And lots more. Can you give us some details? ;JOOP!
This must be a hardware failure: I have never seen this on my 2 Silicon machines.Intermittent flicker, stutter and stalling sometimes when moving between spaces and switching between fullscreen applications and back to desktop. Absolutely not hardware failure. This must be a hardware failure: I have never seen this on my 2 Silicon machines.
