How likely is it that 1.1.2 will never have a native jailbreak? As in a simple, single step GUI type installer like AppSnapp?

It seems to have been much longer than people expected the latest firmware to go with being jailbroken like that. Is it being worked on even?

Think of it this way. The 1.1.1 Jailbreak was pure luck. We could jailbreak this because of TIFF exploit left, other than that there was no other way to jailbreak.

In 1.1.2 all doors are closed; however, don't dispair there will be a method soon enough.

As long as you can downgrade to 1.1.1, any new firmware should be hackable. If apple was smart, they would remove the option restore button from itunes ;)
