Theoretically? USB 2.0 speeds are 34MB/s, so about 29,412 seconds or 490 minutes or 8.17 hours.

USB 3.0 speeds are about 4x that of USB 2.0, but I think most iPad Pro USB C cables are USB 2.0.

That's assuming your computer has an SSD.

I bought an Anker USB-C to USB-A 3.1 cable and it's a lot faster on my 3rd Gen Pro. Didn't benchmark it but it's worth it. Bet it's faster than a spinning drive can keep up with.

I'd assume that too. Theoretically, HDD speeds are 80-160, USB 3.1 is something like 124.
