I'm a bit annoyed, and wanted to know about your experience with Apple Care.. I dropped off my iMac 21.5" for repair (June 13th), due to dead pixels, yellow tint, & flickering issues, the girl told me it would take 48hrs, I called today, and the person on the phone said it would take 7 days in total..
Now, If she told me in the beginning that it would take 7 days I would've sent it out for repair later, since I had some work to do..
How long did it take for Apple to repair your screen/lcd panel?
Doesn't Apple have new imacs in the store? I was hoping to get a replacement, I asked in the store, and she said that it would take 48hrs for a replacement.. =/ I just wanted to exchange it for the exact same thing..
