I'm only asking because I'm trying to decide if I want the upcoming new iPhone or an iPad, if the new iPhone doesn't impress me.

So I plan to wait until June 7th to make my decision, when the new iPhone is unveiled.

However, now that you can get the $30/unlimited plan as long as you order an iPad before June 6th, I want to have an iPad on order, so that I'm locked in for that, in the event that I choose to not get an iPhone.

If I place my order tomorrow (the 5th), and my decision on the 7th is that the new iPhone will rock and I choose that instead, can I still cancel my iPad order or will it already be Shipping?

I guess what I'm asking really, is, how long does it take to go from Processing to Shipped, and I cannot cancel?

Thanks.

You can cancel up until the time it goes to "Prepared for shipment" This is typically 7 to 10 business days. The last time I bought one, it took 8 business days. So even if you don't cancel in time, you can just return it to the apple store within the 14 days of receipt, and if it's not opened, you should get your full money, though I would think you could make at least $50 by e-baying it.

I feel as if I'm watching you do a slow melt down XciteMe.
