iOS How long does it take for your app to appear in Itunes

hello, my app got approved and i got a conformation email and it says it is ready for sale i set up my Banking contracts ect how long will it take for it to appear on itunes. I can view it myself by clicking on the link that i got in the email itunes sent me but when i search for it in the store it doesn't appear

Sometimes it can take a few hours before the search database is re-synced.
