How long does shipping take?

Hiya,

If I was to order a mid-range Macbook in the US, can anyone tell me how long would it take to arrive?

Where in the US is it going to? What shipping option would you be willing to pay for?

I ordered a Macbook Pro (custimized with upgraded Hard Drive) on a Thursday. I paid the extra for 2 to 3 day shipping. It was delivered on Monday!

The MBP shipped from China. I am in Arkansas. I thought that was exceptional speed of shipping. The delivery date on FedEx tracking showed it to be coming on Wednesday, but it showed up on Monday.

Also I ordered a Neopreme case for the MBP that shipped out of Ft. Worth, TX and it arrived 1 day later than the MBP. Go figure? China to Arkansas - 4 days. Texas to Arkansas - 5 days.

It would be going to CA. The site says that it will be shipped pretty quickly but just not sure how long it will take to arrive.

Shipping is pretty quick. Probably more so for you in California.

I ordered the MBP as described above and an iPod Touch a few weeks ago. Both came from China, then to Alaska, then on through the FedEx System.

So my guess would be that it will come from China, to Alaska, then to you in California. Buy the 2 -3 day shipping and you will likely have it by Tuesday if you order today. If you add bigger hard drive, or some other custom feature it may take a day or so longer.
