iOS How long does the enrollment review process take?

Hello, yesterday i decided to do the individual development enrollment, in order to submit my App into the AppStore. In the website all i get is a pending status on the top of the page and below it says:

Purchase your membership.
To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now.

Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process.

is this normal? If yes how long does the reviewing process take when you sign as an individual?
