Here is how you to measure it:

Settings
Battery
Second column (up to 10 days one)

Total usage in 24 hrs = X = Display on plus Display off usage
Total battery used in percentage = Y

Battery Life = X / Y * 100

If you average out for multiple days it will be more accurate.

Mostly WiFi Battery: 9-10+ hrs

Mostly 4G Battery: 3.5 hrs to 5 hrs
Mixed Battery: Don’t know
Battery Health: 87%

Battery Health: 86% (Apple), 90% (Coconut battery)

Brightness was kept at around 30-35%, only on WiFi.
