How long is the iMac power cord?

Could someone get a measuring tape out and see how long their iMac power cord is?

I've just ordered a new iMac and I'm curious. Thanks!

I'm not sure about the current black iMacs, but all the older ones just use an iec power lead with an extra bit of plastic to give a flush finish

So, should the stock item not be long enough, it won't be hard to find a longer one

funny replies.. but I would say 5 feet.. I just looked at it, but dont have a measuring tape.
