the states for now
I paid for an item a member on here was selling and havent recieved any response in the past four days. I sent him a PM and emailed him without ever hearing back. So I have opened a dispute. Would a week be enough time without a response to escalate to a claim?

Seven to 10 days is what I usually give, then I open up the gates of hell (me, a pissed off queen). :)

same here...7 - 10 days. it's tough to be worried about something, but good to give the benefit of doubt for a few days. you never know..could be death in the family or something serious. if no response, then let 'er rip!

alright ill give him until beginning of next week then. im watching his post count everyday too just in case hes dodging me or potentially trying to scam others.

I usually just escalate it the moment I get the dodgies.. not like it is going to hurt, if your hunch was right you win too, if it is a mistake on your part you definitely don't lose either.
