How Long To Restore iPhone Once I've Download iOS 5?

Hi All,

Downloaded iOS 5 this morning in about 20 mins, it appeared to back up just find, but the restore process is stuck by all intents and purposes. The restore bar has only progressed, what i would describe as about 5% and been there for about 1 hour.

Did Any 1 else experience this?

Iphone 4 btw.

This step is VERY sloy, and then it moves to a next step which is much faster. Give it another 45 mins on the restore part.

Thanks going to town now so will leave it another hour.

I assume if its still at the same point i should just disconnect it and try again?

well i gave it 3 hours and still nothing, so disconnected and restarting it.

Guessing though it'll be a blank phone with iOS5 on it. How would i get all my contacts and apps back from my old 4.3.5 back up?
