How Long will it take to buy an iPad the 3rd of April in New York City?
Does anybody have experience of the iPhone launch?
I am from Italy and I have a friend that will leave New York the 3rd of April in the afternoon, he will be in SOHO.

With the 3GS launch people were able to buy them that day. To be sure, he could just line up early.

I got in the 3Gs line at the 5th avenue store at 6am on that launch day and was out of the store by 10am I then took the train to JFK and caught a plane at 4pm. Had many hours to kill, where I charged my phone, and synced up my content.
