How long would your Mac take to convert a 110Mb 192k .mp3 into a 160k .mp3

You need to provide a link to the same file else its a bunch of useless data. (and I dont even have an mp3 192k at exactly 110mb)
link the file and Ill let my Mac Pro have a go at it

OK , look I understand .....how about if folks just convert a mp3 of 100Mb ( or near as poss) from 192k to 160k that would give a rough real world idea of speeds .....no need for exactness to the dot ....just some fun
