Once iOS6 is released (and new iPhone), how long until we'll be able to jailbreak it? Sorry I'm new to jailbreaking, can someone shed some light for me?

Thanks

These kinds of questions are usually impossible to answer. Sometimes the JB team will release approximate release dates, but until then (and even then) there is no guarantee that it will be released at that time. The people that JB are normal individuals like you and I that volunteer to do this on their own time, so you have to get used to that part of the JB community. If you are considering getting into the JB scene, which I recommend with the following caution, you would be wise to do as much research/reading on this forum/google about the process of JBing, problems some people have had, and benefits/etc because the biggest mistake people make when they JB is they don't realize what they are doing and the results, so they mess something up. Read especially the Stickied threads at the top of this forum for newcomers.

I jail broke my 3gS myself a few weeks ago. It's not hard to do. I was just looking at how long the release is after a new OS, since this would be the 1st doing so for me.

Thanks for the info

How long...

until people learn how to use the title when creating a new topic?

Sorry, thought this was a fill-in-the-blank:D.

4 weeks 3 day 16 hours 14 minutes and 3 seconds after 6.0 is released. I have a couple real good geeky friends that know some hackers. They know a guy that cleans up dog poop for a well known jailbreak hackers. So you can count on this as fact. :D

I saw somewhere ios 6 can already be jailbroken ?

limera1n exploit will allow tethered from day 1 on I4 and 3GS untethered you will have to wait.
