apple says it can pay music for 10hr, but with screen off, it got to be more than that, right? i mean even the tiny nano can play 24hr on a charge. does anyone know a specific number on how long i can play music on one charge on the ipad?

yep, the battery life is one of the iPads best features, and 140 hours without the screen on just proves it
Although if you look at a lot of the posts for the next iPad predictions/hopes, longer battery lif features very often! I think that if you run an iPad flat mor than once a day, then you may have a problem that only a psychologist and not Apple can help you with

The best I can do is mid 20's
I've not charged mine for three days sometimes and I still have 20% battery life, and I use my iPad a LOT.
