The Mac / Apple ecosystem has many people hooked. After folks get their first device, many go on to get several more. Apple computers, tablets, phones, and mp3 players can all be easily linked, bringing convenience to the complex lives of many today.

Just one Mac Mini is fine for my own simple life. It mostly stays at home, where I do a lot of my work, but is easily transported and hooked up to a projector or monitor on campus on the odd occasion.

Away from my work, I prefer stay in touch with the real world around me. On the rare occasion I carry a mobile phone it is a $20 cheapie ($40 prepay does me a year or more), and I have no need for other mobile devices.

I said two, but I guess it's really one, as I can't remember the last time I used my iPod classic. Just my old, white MacBook that doesn't quite want to die.

Mostly several

A day in, and where there's an Apple, there are usually several. Singletons are few and not many stop at just a pair.

That get regular use my MBA, and iPhone. I own several other older devices, but I didn't count them since they don't see much use any more.

You've got it…. just the Apple devices in use.

I didn't count my original 2005 Mini, that has been sitting in a cupboard since it died, and was replaced with the one I use now. I did think of resurrecting it with a new HDD and power supply, but that seems unlikely now.

A mixed bunch there…. Do you have them coordinated as a system, or do they all dance to a different tune?

Safari just ate my post, so the short version is "I voted for two (MBP and 4S) but it's actually four because I forgot about my AirPorts".

3 days, 30 votes and the range is covered.

Not many folks stop at just one Apple device; just 10% at this stage.

Two (26.6%) or three (16.6%) seem to be favourite, together accounting for over 43% of the vote. Two to five Apple devices account for nearly two thirds of the total.

Those with a large ecosystem of nine or more Apples concurrently in use come in at 16.6%.

That is some ecosystem

I added a couple of things I forgot. I have a large home with older teenage boys who only know Apple ecosystem. So half of my ecosystem is them. We like our toys by Apple. But from looking at some of the post on here, there are many others that are on par or ahead of me.
