They are very different devices, so no. I am not selling my iPad. If I had to choose, I would give up my MBA for iPad.

I agree. I use my iPad at home (on the couch, in the kitchen and in bed) and the 11.6" MBA on the road.
Also have an 27" iMac which is my main computer.

I'm just not convinced that the MBA is the way to go, I played around with my friends over the weekend and I felt like I was going to break the damn thing. I love my MacBook Pro and will get the iPad 2 in April. If they decide to model the MBP after the MBA then I'm ok with that as I plan on replacing mine in 2012 so I can hand my down to my daughter. I do think however a 500GB SSD will cost a fortune.

So would I. If the MBA had 3g connectivity, I definitely would but in its current form, no.
