iPhone How many beta to go for final release ?

I understand it is the 3rd beta right now, how many to go for final ? I will join the PB just prior to General release.

Last year they only had 6 betas of 8 before going GM IIRC. They seem to be sticking to the 2-week release cycle this year so we could have as many as 7 before a GM.

Just my guesstimate.

There could be anywhere from 6 to 8 betas plus the GM before launch. Obviously no one really knows how many there will be aside from Apple and it's tough to base it on past years.
