Hey all,

First off, I am a new Mac owner as of 3 weeks ago. I love this site already.

I just got Age of Conan and need to run it on Windows.

I am curious how many Gigs I should give Windows for gaming purposes ona higher end level.

I have a 2008 Mac-Pro:

-Two 2.8GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon (8-core)
-NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT 512MB
-320GB HD
-4g RAM

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also any advice on what to do and what NOT to do when I install windows through bootcamp.

I am very nervous and very excited.

-Brian

Depends on how much gaming you are going to do. I would say 50GB is the minimum. You probably can't go far wrong by giving Windows half the hard drive is you plan on installing lots of games.

You will also need to decide what version of Windows to run. On a Mac Pro, I would suggest Vista 64 Ultimate.

If you're gaming I'd buy another 320GB drive (which should be about $50) and give it the whole drive. 50GB would be OK, but you may have to uninstall more than you like.

I would consider buying another 320GB HD but I am not sure I could format it. I can install it.....but I am no techie.

Would I be ok to give the windows partition 75gb or 100gb?

Would it affect my time on Leopard?

Thanks again guys and girls.
