i am having a really hard time deciding. im torn between getting one and taking the risk that in a yr theyll release one with a camera. if i do get one im set on 32gb but unsure of wifi or 3g. leaning towards 3g just because id rather have the feature even if i dont use it rather than not having it if i ever do want to use it. what will really sell me is in the coming months and the reviews on it and specifically the pages app. im a student and use my HP laptop for taking notes and if pages works just as well or better then what i do on my HP than itll be a much easier decision for me. im also interested in what apple has planned for the 4.0 OS and how that can impact what you can do on the iPad.

I have, and when I'm on the "buy" side I'm wondering whether I should grab the 16 or 32GB wifi version (I don't see the point of 3G for it for me personally, I have my iPhone for that and that's enough, and all I can justify in terms of monthly data fees ;))

I was leaning toward the 16GB wifi version just cause it's 499...but man it would be nice to have those 16 extra gigs just like my iphone has.

good god, I don't flip flop. I know what I do and do not want. Only the impressionable change their minds based on what others think. I wasn't at all close-minded about how cool I thought the device would be (before the unveiling), but after seeing it described, I've got zero interest in buying one. Maybe another version or two down the road...like I did with the touch. I bought a 2nd gen, which got 2 great additions: a volume control, and internal speaker. I'm not really into being an early adopter--there are always a bunch of things missing from version 1 of just about everything.

I'm leaning towards the 64 GB, but not sure whether to get the 3G version or the regular one. If I get the 3G I'll be canceling my dumbphone data plan, but I hate that ugly black patch.
