Mine is like 6-8 seconds to open snapchat, whatsup etc, 5 seconds for camera, looking for solution how to downgrade to ios10 and not losing all data, this really sucks.

Try this:

You will have to "reset all settings" at the end to avoid some issues, though. Nothing too major, your data will still be there.

I’m on a 6+ with 11.0.1 and haven’t noticed ANY significant lag issues with opening apps or using the keyboard. One thing, however, is that app updates (via wifi) are nowhere near as fast as before (pre-11), ranging from excruciatingly slow to merely OK.

I have downgraded from iOS 11.0.1 to iOS 10.3.3, but I have to erase all the data in order to downgrade and restored from the backup(the day I upgraded to iOS 11 GM version), but now I have a gap of the some apps' data between the period that I'm on iOS11, the instructions on youtube were not working, I do have full backup on my computers for both iOS11.0.1 and iOS10.3.3, I learned so I make full backup anytime I want to upgrade the firmware. Now, I'm trying to figure out if there is any way to fill the gap, just get those text message back to my phone, any advice?

Thanks in advance
