How Many Separate USB3 lanes in the new mini

I know there are four ports but I am curious if they are on 4 separate paths or if there are really only two USB Lanes (what do they call them) and there are hubs where the ports are in pairs....

Simply....
Can one do the full USB3 bandwidth over all four ports?

Reason is I want to use two external SSDs via USB3 at least.

(On my MBP there are only two USB controllers (?) with hubs off of each to things like the keyboard, trackpad, camera and bluetooth)...

I didn't see a separate controller on the logic board in the ifixit teardown, only a hub unit, so I would say its restricted to Ivy Bridge's 2 channels.
