In the past three years, I've seen a number of personal acquaintances and extended family members switch to mac. In that time, I've seen no one switch away from Mac. Assuming I don't live in the only designated switch zone, it feels like the Mac momentum is swinging big time:

-Accountant:Bought a Macbook Pro, like it so much he bought his wife a Macbook.
-Sister-in-law: Imac, then iphone, then iphone for my brother (who never ceases to bitch about the lack of MMS picture capability...)
Sister: Imac
Parents: Mac Mini
Other Sister: Imac
Brother-in-law: Macbook Pro
Student: Macbook
School: Cart with 20 macbooks, prior to this, school was hardcore PC.

These are all purchases that would have been PC in the past. The times they are a changing.

None. The last time I went to an apple store with friends they thought it was a dell store. No joke.

Seriously? They weren't clued in by the gigantic Apple on the front of the store and the little Apples on just about everything in the store
