I have a 42mm SG Sport and I am considering buying a new band for everyday use. I want to use the Black Sport Band for working out 4-5 times a week. This means I will be changing the band 8-10 times a week as I rotate between them. (I.e. Put BSB on 5 times and remove 5 times at end of workout)

Should I be concerned about the release button or the latch spring with that much use over an extended period of time? For those who own multiple bands, how many times do you change your bands each week? Has anyone had issues?

I change mine almost every morning, and occasionally randomly throughout the day or before going places. No issues on my silver Sport. I use 8 different bands, including a leather loop, some Sport bands, and a clone Milanese, along with 2 random third party bands that I don't use that much.

I probably change mine twice a month. I like the sports bands that I have, and I generally don't switch them. I have a 3rd party milanese loop which looks really nice but I feel the magnet is a tad weak, so I don't wear that too often.

I'm a lab tech so I wear different colored scrubs every day. So I switch out my bands to match my scrub color. Needless to say I have many bands because of that fact.

I am starting to see a pattern. :)

It seems there are plenty of folks who change their bands on a regular basis, so I should not be too concerned about changing mine 4 or 5 times a week.

I am not sure I will buy more than one or two bands, but only time will tell.

I switch mine almost daily. I do have some favorites though that see higher rotation. Sport bands mostly. Can't beat the comfort and fun look of them. My leather loop is quickly becoming my least favorite.

I have the leather loop too but I just got mine a month or so ago and love it. But I agree the sport bands are awesome, super comfortable.

I never switch, because I've only got one band. I bought the watch with the Milanese loop on launch day and have not found a reason to buy another band. The ML is perfect for everything I do.

Why is that? I am considering a black or blue leather loop as my daily band, so I am interested in why you do not like yours.

Just not as comfortable as the sport band... Gets annoying after wearing a while

I have a third party leather strap as my daily driver. I switch back to the sport band on the weekends when I go out with sunblock on.

Change once or twice a week. My everyday band is the brown classic as it's super comfy and I switch to the Milanese when feel I want something different.

The black leather loop is also my least used band. I bought it as a dress-up band though to go with a suit.
For me it does tighten up on it's own over time, which makes it a little uncomfortable to wear until you readjust it.

My daily is the brown classic buckle. Love it! The only room for improvement would be that the little leather ring that holds the long end of the band moves too easily.

I use a white sport band for the sweaty occasions, and I also have a 3rd party blue sport. It collects lint like crazy, has anybody had the same experience with the original Apple blue sport band?

I haven't changed my black sports band since the day I got mine. Have never needed or felt the need to have a different strap. On the very rare odd occasion I do have a faceplate cover which I may switch if I feel like it.

I have about 12 bands but the main ones I rotate between are the brown classic, white sport, pad and quill British tan slim, link, and midnight blue sport. I'll switch up every few days, and it's awesome the way it makes the watch look like a totally different product. I like having options!

I rotate depending on the occasion. I normally wear a sports band, but for nicer events I do my leather or link.

Switch it up about 3-4 times/week. I have several of the sport bands, a third party milanese, and a leather loop. Waiting (impatiently) on a 3rd party leather strap.
