...a Keynote presentation file to the new 2017 iPad? If there is a way to transfer the Keynote file using the lightning cable -that is also counted as a way-? Please let me know all the ways ;-)

Well, I don't know about ALL the ways, but obviously the two most mainstream ways are via the file management features of iTunes (using a Lightning cable) or using iCloud (wirelessly).
