Open as many windows as you can, activate Exposé and take a screen shot to upload. Also, post the number of windows you have open.

My record is 155 windows.

I can only imagine how well you glow in the dark. There is a world outside of your room way from your computer. Then again, you didn't buy a Mac just to see how many windows you could open did you?

Around 350. Expose was dead slow.

What scares me is that this is not the first time I do it. When I don't know what to do I'll sometimes open as much windows I can.:D

Well, I managed to take a screenshot with 500 (or 700 I can't remember now) windows open.

I actually got 1,000 windows open but whenever I took a screenshot it would just come out as all black. So I ran an AppleScript that counted all of them and took a screenshot of that. :D

BTW: With 1,000 windows open Finder was using 1.4GBs or RAM.

2088, but Exposé won't go.

On my MacBook Pro, I opened TextEdit, and just held down Command-N for a while. When it got to about 1800 documents, I let go. It kept opening new ones until it reached 2088. But now Exposé won't go. When I hit any of the F-keys for it, absolutely nothing happens. It doesn't even *TRY* to do anything. But, here's what TextEdit looks like with 2088 windows open:

700+ TextEdit windows worked together to form what I interpret is a giant hockey puck (it helps if you roll your chair back about 10ft from the screen... and squint a little).

...then this happened.
