How much 3G/4G is apple music using?

Can someone test to see how much mobile data that some music is using please.

I'd like streamed songs, and also Beats 1 radio separate figures please.

Anyone know what bitrate they both use to?

2 hrs and that low usage, thats really good, I'll be will happy with this. Is there a setting for quality or anything? How did you measure btw? Did you use the settings > mobile?

Anyone else getting same results roughly?
 
Anyone else comment please on Mb used on both beats1, other radio stations, and then any apple music.

Is this info correct from my carrier?

I chose 256 example as heard somewhere that's what was on 4G, higher maybe on WiFi, not concerned though on WiFi usage, on 4G where it will cost if go over data allowance.

I've read that it depends on your connection, faster connection mean higher bit rates. Bit like Sky Go does if you've ever used that. I can't seem to find the link at the moment, I've read so many articles over the last few days.
 
Agree, but thought the max was 256 for 3G/4G mobile use and 320 for WiFi, like you sure read somewhere...
 
Any users update on this now it's probably been used a while please?

Also is the 3 month trial on for a while? What I mean is I don't want to start yet as have a Deezer sub going to mo that runs out in a few months. Can I then start a 3 month Apple music trial, or is the 3 month only on for a limited time?

It might be only for a limited time. Things can change, but so far Apple has put an end date for the three-month-free-trial offer. It very likely will be publicised when it happens (Apple announcing a shortening of that period would provide a nice boost of new subscribers trying to still get in on that deal which I am pretty sure Apple will announce it if or when it happens).

256 kbps for WIFI/ethernet, lower for cellular.

You can start your 3 month trial at any time.
