Yeah, it's actually pretty easy to tell that they are not on commission because while they greet you when you first walk in they don't push any products and they don't stay in your face.
The Apple employees job is to just greet and show. Sounds easy but they have to stand up on a hard floor all day. Tuff on the back. Ouch.
