What is your education and what have you done before? If you've been in boss position for years you shouldn't apply for anything less than a store leader. I don't know what specialist or creative involves but likely some computing skills and knowledge of Macs and OS X

I've worked in retail and while there are some pluses with dealing with people, there are some negatives to be sure and salary is one of them.

Isn't it like 15%? I work in a PC shop (I build PCs) and I think my salary is pretty decent (~16€/h). I once applied to Apple reseller but their salary was a lot worse, something like 12€ per hour.

In the end, the salary increases by time. Starting salary means nothing if you're potential worker and show your skills

I'm only 19, currently in college, with about a year and a half total of retail experience. I've been working in a retail Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician for about a year now, and I worked in a Circuit City store as my first job for 6 months. I have other job experience as well, but they weren't in retail.

I'm making $11.50 an hour because I am considered an intern at my job. But if I change my major, I will drop down to $9.75 an hour. If I get certified, then $12 an hour.

It depends where too. Someone working at the Apple Store in Manhattan is going to be making more than someone working the same position at the Apple Store in Tulsa. Cost of living and all....

Given Apple's reputation for trying to get the best deal and make the most money while spending the least, I'd assume not much more than minimum wage, unless you live in an area with a high cost of living, like NYC...

Employee discount is 20% I believe, however in exchange for 20% off, you are not allowed to return the machine (at least that's how it was years ago).

Well, the government establishes the minimum hourly rate. What else would you suggest they do?
