It is a moot question seeing how all the new phones come with 5G. No one could answer that question except someone with knowledge at Apple.
It is roughly $20 - $30 on the assumption that patents cost stays flat. ( Not likely ). But there are lots of other moving part, for example Qualcomm Modem is more expensive than Intel modem. Which is a good thing because most people would have prefer to have a better modem than the little cost saving .
Generally speaking it wouldn't make much of a difference, as Apple will likely have added other features for the price budget.

Do you mean cost us as consumers? Or how much the actual 5G radio costs if someone wanted to buy it? Or how much the 5G radio costs Apple per unit?
Price wouldn't be any less, not a noticeable amount to the consumer anyway.
However, Samsung and others charge $100 extra for 5G, so perhaps Apple got it right the way they are introducing it.
