I decided not to use an iPhone X. Not bc I couldn’t afford it, but bc my gut just didn’t feel right about spending that much on it. I would have gotten

iPhone X - ~$1150

Tax - ~$115

Couple cases - ~$50

Apple Care+: ~$200

Grand total would have been about $1,500

It just didn’t feel right. And now that we know it might get slow after a year I’m especially relieved but not by much bc my iPhone 8 was not cheap either.

About $1800.

Phone plus tax and Apple care are 1500 plus cases and protectors. A fast charger with cable.... yeah about $1800

Did you get the 29W fast charger? How is it?

I have the iPad one. It works pretty good.

Yes the 29w Apple branded usb-c charger plus cable. It’s fine. I rarely need to charge during the day. My iPhone X lasts until bedtime where I plug it into a standard iPad charger over night. The few times I have needed a bid day charge, it was nice to have 70% of my battery back after a sit shower and shave.

I travel and I tend to use my battery faster on trips overseas. I wanted it specifically for when I’m stuck in Starbucks somewhere in southeast Asia trying to top off my battery over a frapachino.

I forgot to add in the Mophie power station USB-c XXL... that’s another $150 but it was a gift so maybe it doesn’t count.
