So I recently bought the new 16in MacBook Pro, and while moving some stuff around I held it upside down (opening facing me) in one hand for 10-15 seconds before placing it down. I didn’t think much of it at the time, but would doing something like this cause damage to the screen? It’s my first ever MacBook so I’m kinda nervous is all 😅

I would be especially careful about putting any weight at all on the display case as that can cause key marks on the screen. Apple considers that as accidental damage and is not covered unless you have AppleCare Plus including accidental damage. Even with that you would have to pay a deductible.

Shouldn't be a problem, or they'd have to open a new division just to replace screens.
