My computer has crashed and I lost iTunes which includes mp3s, photos and videos. Is there a way not allow iPhone4s sync when a new iTune installed while connecting? Because when synching, all of my current files in my iPhone will be lost...

On the main page when you plug in your iPhone/iPad/iPod are some options. Be sure to check manually sync. Then go through the tabs at the top and decide what you want synced. From that point on, you can decide what you want synced. Then click the update or sync button. Done.
