Is it safe to change watch bands all the time? I want to change to a Nike sport band when I’m at work and leather link when I’m out. That means I’ll change band twice daily and I’m not sure if it will damage my watch after months of changing to different bands.

Twice a day is fine. You wont damage the watch doing that.

To echo others, if you’re wear a sport loop of any sort, you may need to change more frequently for washing. I rotate between the Nike Sport Loops and the Nike Sport bands. I keep one Nike Sport loop for workouts as I like the unlimited tightness. At work (recreation setting) I’ll opt for a Nike Sport band. Weekends may call for a leather band/loop or Milanese loop.

I switch every night, solo loop during the day and sport loop while sleeping.
If I want something dressier I switch to a Milanese loop or a leather loop.

I alternate between 3 at the minute, the charcoal, deep cherry, and abyss blue braided loops. I switch every so often to whatever I fancy that day.

I change twice a day typically — Each morning I take off what I wore the day before and put on my workout solo loop (one size smaller than I wear to keep it snug while I run), then after my workout I put on what I’ll wear for the rest of the day.

Repeat this daily.

I’m now on my 7th watch and it’s never been a problem. Even the band that came with my first watch when I got the original watch on launch day I still wear periodically.
