Just wondering how often people change their bands, and secondarily, why? Do you switch from a Milanese loop to Nike Sport Band to go running or workout, pick that perfect color match for your outfit, or ???
The versatility is so nice. You can dress up or dress down a AW just with a 30 second band swap. I was wearing one band for a whole day or week, for workouts & everything. Even though the Nike Sport Loops must be made to endure a sweaty environment I still don't like the thought of soaking them each day, so I might swap to the OEM black band for whatever workout I do.Multiple times per day, but usually only once per day. I find myself switching watches now too, thanks to a certain someone who doesn't want to be mentioned outside of one or two threads. This morning alone I started out with a Close Your Rings sport loop, switched to Light Gray for a bit, went to Royal Pulse/Black, then wore Red G1 for a few minutes, only to settle on Sunset LL until I go to bed. That's far more than average, though. If I have somewhere to be, I usually put on one band in the morning, wear it all day, then switch to a classic buckle/leather loop/link bracelet to add a touch of fancy to my otherwise middle-class life.
I guess it all really depends on the day and the setting.

Me too!I am utterly surprised at these results.
Yeah, I get slightly annoyed when I have to take off my watch for a shower or to charge it. Changing bands multiple times a day just seems like a lot of maintenance to me.Multiple changes per day?
Maybe not boring, just different. Maybe you are like me and you think of your Apple Watch as an utilitarian accessory, while it appears many others treat it as a fashion accessory.I've never changed it yet - I feel boring
Yep!Is it easy to change the band? I'm a newbie!
I'm at 3 years and have yet to change the band.I have owned my AW for about 6 months now, and have never changed the band, nor can find any reason to do so.

I've worn my series 3 on my Nike band since Day 1 and besides the weekly cleaning (washing it with soap) I've never changed it yet - I feel boring . Multiple changes per day? I wouldn't even know which other band to get.
Keep in mind this is a poll on a sub forum filled mostly with watch band enthusiasts. I enjoy being able to give my watch a different look by changing my band regularly. But, even though the poll results say otherwise, I recognize I am well in the minority on that. Nobody else I know who has an Apple Watch changes their band more than once in a while, if at all.Me too!
I understand that not everyone thinks and behaves just like me, but I am really surprised at how often people change the bands.
I have never removed the band from my AW and never felt the need to. Actually, a few weeks ago someone asked me how to remove the bands on the AW and if it could be done quickly, and I had to think for a few seconds on how to do it.

Not knocking it at all, as I am sure that many other would find my hobbies to be strange or uninteresting, but changing the band so often just isn't me.
