So I’m just wondering how much everyone here wears there Apple Watch. I usually only wear mine when I leave my house

Wear mine only from morning to late afternoon — or earlier if I’ve closed all 3 rings.

As a result, I end up getting 3-4 days of battery life out of my AW Series 7.

Unfortunately, my wear pattern wasn't one of the responses! 😁

I wear it every day/for sleep tracking. The only time I don't wear it is if I am wearing one of my mechanical watches to work or a special occasion.

Other than that it only leaves my wrist to charge, usually when I am showering or to top up before bed/in the morning.

All day and at bedtime too. With my new S10 I started sleep tracking for the first time.

All day but I leave it charging overnight when I sleep.

(I've tried using sleep tracking, but I never really found it all that interesting)

I am trying wearing my S10 Apple Watch all day, including to bed. I charge it in at night (about half an hour between 9 to 10 pm).

I've worn a watch all day/every day (except sleep) from early childhood. hasn't changed with Apple Watch.

I may try the sleep apnea detection when its turned on my S10, but I typically don't like sleeping with the watch on, however this one is thinner than before so I may try it.

I wear it everyday, all day except when charging 30 minutes before bed for a top up and 45 minutes before leaving out for work in the morning.
Same here. In addition my Apple Watch Series 6 is on the charger when I shower 🚿 after working out. 🏋️ I sleep track with my Apple Watch ⌚️

+23 hours.

On my wrist or on the charger.

I always wear it in shower for two reasons: cleaning and fall detection.

I just have a minimum of care that the shower gel does not cover the watch.

There have been several cases of falls in the shower in my environment. No one is immune to this and I prefer to have the watch with me just in case.

It is a much better moment to charge it when you are sitting in front of the computer or on the sofa.

That's a great point that I had not considered.

My AW6 is on the wrist or the charger too. I charge during the first meeting of the day and after dinner.

My wife, on the other hand, wears hers only if she's going out for a walk, or if I'm away traveling. She is somewhat prone to falling, inevitably when I'm away, so that's really a safety thing. I wish she'd get into more of a habit, but ...

I unfortunately had to stop wearing mine. An unblockable and very wrong health warning was triggering massive anxiety. I got myself an all-clear from the doc but the issue persisted.

I wear it every day and sleep with it too. It's nice to see how many hours I stand while I'm at work and just to check the time.

Only time I don't wear it is when I need to charge it.

Mostly this for me, I've started and try to use sleep tracking but sometimes, not sure why I feel uncomfortable with it on my wrist and end up taking it off in the middle of the night.

Notifications suck! I don’t want my watch to bother me. I like my fine watches better. I do wear one for working out. But I wish Apple would have come out with a ring so that could track everything. Or something that connects to the band of my existing watch and records the sensors with no notifications or complications.
