Ever since I got my Powerbeats Pro (May 2019), I've had connection issues. Once they're connected, they work great but so often it takes a few "tries" to get them to both connect at once. Usually when I put them in, only one will connect, forcing me to put them both back in the case and try again. I even had them replaced by Apple, but the issue persists. Just wondering how common it is.

I had some issues with my original set that I bought in February or March of this year, and the issues emerged roughly a couple months after purchase.

Roughly half the time I took them out and put them on, only one side registered. It took a re-pairing to get both sides blaring music. I eventually arranged a refurb a month or so back, and now they work as intended.

Had this issue, and others. Paired and forgot so many times I just stopped using them because of the frustration. Tried them again a few weeks ago, same problem but then they wouldn’t reset, i.e. the light on the case wouldn’t flash red and white. Initiated second ticket with Apple, with the first they did nothing, and this time they replaced both earbuds. Work great now, but time and usage will tell for how long.

Were they still under warranty (less than a year old)?
