iPhone SE (2016) How the remove an iPhone as a trusted “device”?

In the Apple-ID page I have the option to remove a device from my iCloud-account. This will remove it as “trusted device” but it will also disable iCloud and all Apple Services.

I use 2FA and don’t want all my apple devices as “trusted devices”. How can I disable some of them but keep using them with iCloud?

You can't. Any device that's set up to use two factor authentication is by definition, trusted.
