Stupid question, but I'm wondering how you go about accessing PDF files on iCloud from Adobe Acrobat Reader (or other applications). I need to get my University course materials on my iPad to make notes from them.

Make sure you have the Files app installed on your phone and iPad, and then you should be able to navigate to it from applications to open your documents. You can also use Files directly to download documents to your devices from iCloud.

And alternatively of course, you can log into iCloud.com from your iPad or iPhone and work with and download/upload documents that way too.
