How to activate a Sim Card!?

Hi People, Ok Im going to Buy a iPhone 4 on my Bro's Account and swap sim cards but since the iPhone 4 uses a Micro Sim card I guess its not going to work on the OLD phone unless I buy the "Micro SIM to Normal SIM adapter".
-Can I just re-activate the old Big normal Sim Card so he can continue to use it?
Or do I need to also buy a new Big SIM!?

And I was told that I could Cut my current (big SIM) to use it on the iPhone 4, but that i can also ask AT&T to give me a SIM Card and then I activate it. How do I activate the New Sim Card?

Were do I Call or can I do it online?

AT&T doesn't like to "re-activate" old SIMs.. (technically they can, but they don't). You will need to get a new one, they usually give them for free, but sometime they want to charge you I think is on the $10 - $15.

Call 611 from your AT&T phone, or the customer service number.

I guess I can Always Cut mine very very carefully and use the left overs with the Micro Sim so it serves as a adapter.
