Below is a clip art border or perhaps a frame. I wish I knew how to resize it to make it smaller, so perhaps someone could even offer a suggestion on doing that. But what I want to do is learn how to take a clip art border, such as this, and use it in Pages to frame a page, be it for a letter, or an email, or in Messages. I have searched high and low in Apple Help, YouTube and the internet, have not found (or perhaps not recognized) instructions on how to do this. Perhaps I am using the wrong terminology in my search - border, frame, whatever. I can find all sorts of instructions on how to border a document with lines - thin, thick, dashed, fuzzy, etc - but nothing on something like below. My goal is to either create the frame, then type within it, or to type a document then add the frame around the outside of it. I guess another way of looking at it is to create a special stationery. Thanks for the help!
