How To Add Files To My Atv

How the fack do i do this?

I purchased an ATV off of craigslist brand new in box, and it doesnt say anythnig of how to put files on it for offline use.

Like i was able to sync my playlist and view my entire library from my laptop to my atv, but the issue here is that i dotn want to constantly run windows to have my files on my atv. How the heck do i just have some songs on my laptiop transfer them to my atv, so that when my laptop is off i can view them later?

Under options in ATV you can tell it to store your files not stream.

I have my ATV store and not stream.

And how is your ATV 250gb. I thought they only came in 160gb and 40gb.

Thank you for the quick reply but can you iterate this a little bit more?

I am afraid the only thing apple i own or basically whats in my sig, and im basically a linux/windows person.

So settings > options > store and not stream?

Do me a favor, due to my lack of time really...click that link and see if that helps you. If not, come back here and I'll go into detail a bit more. My ATV is in a box right now so I can't just run over and give you step by step without thinking about it.
