iCloud How to add iTunes music to I cloud

How do I add music from iTunes to a music folder in Iclouds >? also when adding music from a music app on my iPhone how do I do that ?

You do it in modern Mac OS through System Preferences->iCloud pane! That should have checkmark if you add you own folders with + sign!

I clicked on system preferences where is the iCloud pane ?

It was put there back in the last Mac OS version before the current one!
