How to adjust Mouse Cursor in ML

How in heck do you change the mouse cursor size and speed in Mountain Lion since they took out the Universal Access icon in the system prefs?

Any help?

Universal Access icon still there. Check it in the Go menu.

Mountain Lion Cursor Size Change.

Go to APPLE, SYSTEM PREFERENCES, SYSTEMS, ACCESSIBILITY, DISPLAY, and Viola ~ Second Slide is CURSOR SLIDE!

I have vision problems, so I called the Apple Support for accessibility needs. Their Tech Support led me right to it.

And contrary to one of your answers ~ It's no longer called "UNIVERSAL", JUST "ACCESSIBILITY"!
